I'm still lonely all the time.
I stay busy or I die.
Just to keep you off my mind.
Oh I wish I could rewind.

I tried to grab it.
There, so close. I thought I had it.
Oh God, I miss you every morning you're not there.

But every night I close my eyes and you still love me.
You're thinking of me.
And you tell me that you missed me all day too.

When you promised me forever, I thought one lifetime together-
that could never be enough.
What an idiot I was.
Now I'm forced with making do with eight hour blocks of you.
And I usually wake up screaming, but it's worth what I was dreaming.
